Started access to nursing course, need some help with a biology assigment.
I have kept a food dairy for 2 weeks and now it need analysing.
Need to work out how much vitamins and minerals I take in and assess if I am taking in the reccommended daily dose.
Not sure how to approch doing this. Has any one completed the course and done this assigment. Its getting me rather stressed. Please Help!!!!!!!
